Delivery Policy

For orders received before 1:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), delivery is within the same day.

For orders received after 1:00 PM (Malaysian time - GMT+8.00), it will depend on our operational availability. We will try to arrange for same day delivery; otherwise it will be made the next day.

If you place your orders after 1.00pm and require same day delivery, we'd gladly try our best to assist.

If no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, we will call you to decide:

  1. For Office- to receptionist/ colleagues/ at the door step

  2. For House/ Apartment/ Condominium- security guard/ at the door-step/ neighbours

Where you specifically instruct EUNOIA FLORA STUDIO to leave your delivery outside the door of the specified delivery address, such delivery shall be at your sole risk and you accept all liability and risk of loss, theft and damage.

In the event that a delivery is re-routed upon the request of the order recipient or upon the request by you, a re-delivery fee will apply. Delivery shall not be re-scheduled to another date once the order is processed and leave our studio due to the perishable nature of the products.

Delivery will be considered as 'FAILED' if our delivery team could not reach receiver after several attempts. Item will be delivered back to us. Additional charges will be incurred for re-delivering your item.

Doorstep deliveries are not available for all high-rise buildings (e.g., Office buildings, shopping malls, apartments, hotels, hospitals etc). Please ensure that the receiver is available to collect the item from our delivery team the drop of point/lobby/ground floor. Extra Charges will be incurred for door to door delivery services.

During adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain and flood), our delivery partners may not be able to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control and we cannot accept responsibility for the late delivery of the order. Therefore, in the event of adverse weather conditions, we will not issue a refund.

Delivery Timing

We deliver from 11.00AM to 6.00PM Monday to Saturday. Please indicate your preferred delivery time frame during checkout. We reserve the right to deliver the item at our convenience if no delivery timing was indicated. Please contact us immediately for any changes in delivery timing.

Kindly note that while we strive our best to deliver at the stipulated timing indicated, we are also subjected to external circumstances like unforeseen traffic conditions. We strongly advise customers to provide us with a minimum 1 hour time frame for the delivery to be made to cater to such unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that the delivery is delayed, we will try our best to reach out and inform the recipient of the delay in delivery, subjected to availability.

Peak Period Delivery

For peak seasons including but not limited to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, additional surcharge for delivery will be imposed. A minimum delivery timeframe of 4 hours is recommended to be provided. In the event that a specific timing is indicated, we are not obliged to inform you of the delay unless or otherwise the delivery exceeds a 2 hour time-frame from your indicated time.
